Ingredients
- Pork Loin
- Soy sauce
- Hilltop Blossom Honey
- 3x Garlic cloves
- Jerk spice
- Cajun spice
- Olive oil
- Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- Bell peppers
- Red onions
- Thyme in olive oil
Directions
Sear the marinated pork until cooked through with the sautéed vegetables then reduce with 100ml vegetable stock.
- Steam the wild rice (it contains: jasmine, red rice, riceberry and long grain rice along with 100g of frozen green beans.
Finish with tomatoes and green beans.
