Honey Roasted Pears With Goats Cheese & Prosciutto

These delicious little flavour-bombs are great for any event. The perfect combination of sweet and salty; these roasted pears are such a delightful treat. A great way to impress your guests with minimal effort!

Preheat the over to 190°C.
Wash pears and slice in half.
Remove the cores of the pears.
Drizzle honey across the pears and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you would like.
Place the pears in a baking dish skin side up.
Roast for 15 minutes until the pears are slightly softened.
Let them cool for 5 minutes.
Fill the pear with a spoonful of goats cheese.
Top with some prosciutto.
Garnish with roasted pine nuts, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
