Maple Nutty Granola
Homemade granola for breakfast? Yes please!

- 400g oats
- 70g sunflower seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 30g hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
- 60g cashew nuts (roughly chopped)
- 40g almonds (roughly chopped)
160ml Hilltop Very Dark Maple Syrup
- 90g coconut oil
- Squeeze of an orange
- Grated zest of 1 orange
Add oats to large mixing bowl and add all nuts, seeds and orange zest.
Gently heat coconut oil in a saucepan until melted, add maple syrup and then squeeze of an orange.
Add mixture from saucepan into mixing bowl and stir well.
Cut a sheet of baking paper and place on tray. Pour granola mixture onto tray and place in oven at 140 degrees (fan setting) for around 40-45 mins. Stir every 5 minutes.
