Lovely fresh breakfast this morning. Tropical flavours on a fat free Greek yoghurt with granola and hilltop honey comb. Perfect start to the day.

Ingredients
- 125g plain flour, sifted
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs,
- Butter for cooking
- 200ml of milk
- Raspberries
- Bananas
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup

Directions
Sift the flour into a bowl and add salt. Add the eggs and the milk and whisk up until a smooth batter is formed.
Melt a knob of butter on your pan.
- Using a ladle tip some batter onto the pan and cook each crêpe for approximately 60 to 90 seconds until solid. Swipe a spatula underneath and fold up.
- Fill with your favourite fruits, and drizzle maple syrup over bathe top.
