It’s hot and toasty out, so ice cream is needed - and this is super easy to make; now not technically ice cream as it’s made from Greek yoghurt, but it makes this a tasty, healthy, sweet option and it looks pretty too!

-
7 tablespoons of Hilltop Cut Comb In Acacia Honey

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Slice the peaches up into small pieces, place on a lined baking sheet and coat with 2 tbsp of the honey.
- Bake for about 30 mins in a 180 degree oven until they are soft and a little juicy, then allow to cool.
- Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, and the rest of the honey in a large bowl.
- Slice some small pieces of cut comb honey.
- Place some of the peaches and cut comb into the moulds.
- Stir the rest of the peaches into the yogurt mixture and pour into the moulds.
