Peach & Honey Ice Cream Pops

It’s hot and toasty out, so ice cream is needed - and this is super easy to make; now not technically ice cream as it’s made from Greek yoghurt, but it makes this a tasty, healthy, sweet option and it looks pretty too!

Ingredients

3 ripe peaches
7 tablespoons of Hilltop Cut Comb In Acacia Honey
2 cups of full fat Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Slice the peaches up into small pieces, place on a lined baking sheet and coat with 2 tbsp of the honey.
Bake for about 30 mins in a 180 degree oven until they are soft and a little juicy, then allow to cool.
Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, and the rest of the honey in a large bowl.
Slice some small pieces of cut comb honey.
Place some of the peaches and cut comb into the moulds.
Stir the rest of the peaches into the yogurt mixture and pour into the moulds.
Freeze for about 6 hours.
When ready to serve make sure to run water over the outside of the moulds so that they come out nice and easily.

Best lip balm

I'm giving 5 stars because I just love this lip balm and love what the company stands for which is why I only buy from them. My problem is with the packaging when having it delivered. The product is so tiny, completely recyclable which is why I buy it but the packaging it came in was a nightmare! Unnecessary massive box for the tiniest product, stuffed to the brim with polystyrene pieces and instead of the invoice paper being inside the box it was on the outside of the box in a plastic case and then loads of sellotape all around it all. Very disappointed that I now have to get rid of all this plastic and polystyrene for a tiny lip balm that could have been sent in a small brown envelope at the very least. You're doing a great thing with the lip balm. Please reconsider your packaging.

This honey is amazing. The taste and the light, crisp honeycomb is absolutely heavenly. I've had it on toast and drizzled in to natural yogurt. The downside...it's all gone 😥
