• Rice paper rolls:
• Cooked chicken breast sliced (or you can try prawns or tofu)
• Shredded lettuce
• 1 small carrot peeled and thinly sliced
• 1/4 cucumber thinly sliced
• 1 sprig spring onion thinly sliced
• 4 sheets of rice paper

For the sauce:

• 1 1/2tbsp smooth peanut butter (we highly recommend ManiLife peanut butter)

• 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tbsp Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
• 1 clove garlic finely diced/minced
• 1tbsp of water if needed to thin out (you can add more of less depending on how thick or thin u want the sauce to be)
