Fluffy pancakes topped with Greek yoghurt, fruit and some cute heart sprinkles. This is definitely what dream are made of.

Ingredients
- 120g plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 240ml milk
- 1 large egg
- Any assorted toppings of your choice plus
- Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (90°C)
- In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk and then set aside.
- In a separate bowl add milk, butter (or vegetable oil), and the egg. Whisk together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, and stir slightly.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and coat generously with butter or vegetable oil.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of batter mixture and turn once you see little bubbles on the top.
{top tip: add more vegetable oil or butter to the once permeable if needed to avoid any sticking}.
- Repeat until you have your pancake stack complete.
- Toppings galore, add your chosen toppings ready to serve!
