"Griddled peaches remind me of long summer days, and these yoghurt bowls are definitely a sunny way to kick off your day. Made simply from whole foods they are rich in protein and contain no refined-sugar. Truly healthful and delicious too!"

Peaches
Greek yogurt (or any of your choice)
Hilltop Bulgarian Coriander Honey
Mixed nuts
Place a generous amount of yogurt into a bowl and set aside.
Get a baking tray and place the mixed nuts into it. Turn the oven on and bake the mixed nuts at 160°C for around 20 mins, turning occasionally.
Allow the nuts to cool slightly by setting aside. Any remaining can be stored in a container.
Next for the peaches, cook 1/2 cm slices in a little butter on a griddle for a few minutes each side until lightly charred. If you don't have a griddle pan, then a frying pan would do the job just fine.
Once the peaches are griddled, start to lay out your bowl with the finishing touches.
Serve with a little honey drizzled on top.
