Hilltop British Blossom Honey is gathered by bees from a wonderful mix of wild blossoms, sourced from British beekeepers, across the rural landscapes and picturesque countryside of Great Britain. This great classic is amber in colour and full of flavour.
Our bee colonies stem from a family-run bee farm nestled in Northamptonshire. With 1,500+ colonies and approximately 76 million bees, we boast a bee population equivalent to one for every person in the UK. We meticulously source local honey to champion our community beekeepers, alongside our cherished family beehives.
Native to the UK, the British Blossom is one of the most exquisite delights of an English spring, with a delicate fragrance from clusters of small white flowers where the bees forage, delivering a sweet and floral aroma and taste.
